3. Account & Access

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Free Trial

  • SokoCRM offers a 30-day free trial
  • A valid payment method is required to start the trial
  • You will not be charged during the trial period

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin unless canceled
  • You will be charged according to the selected plan (monthly or yearly)
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

6. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
  • No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods unless required by law

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Disrupt or interfere with the Service

8. Data & Responsibility

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your data
  • We do not guarantee financial or business outcomes based on the use of the Service

9. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SokoCRM shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
